Qingdao Metro Line 3
Introduction:
Qingdao Metro Line 3 is the first subway route in Qingdao and the first underground railway built in Shandong Province. In June 2009, the construction test section was started. In June 2010, it entered the construction phase of the whole line. On December 16, 2015, the northern section was opened to traffic. The entire line was opened at 11:00 on December 18, 2016. The total length of the route was 25.2 km. There are 22 stations in the municipal districts of Shinan District, Shibei District and Lisong District. The line spans the three municipal districts of Shinan District, Shibei District and Lisong District. From Qingdao Station, east along Guangxi Road, Taiping Road, Wendeng Road, Hong Kong Road, turn to Nanjing Road to the north of the city government, enter Harbin Road, Heilongjiang Road, Wannianquan Road to Li Village via Nanjing Road, westward Jingkou Road, Zhenhua Road to the end of Qingdao North Station. The overall trend is "West-East-North-West".
