Dongguan Metro R2 Line
Introduction:
The starting point of the R2 line of Dongguan Metro is located in the northern part of Dongguan City. Wanhui Light Rail
Introduction:
The Wanhui City Rail, the Wanhui Intercity Railway, is a passenger railway between Dongguan City and Huizhou City, and is part of the inter-city rapid rail transit of the Pearl River Delta. The investment amount of the project is 11.3 billion yuan. The total length of the line is about 100 kilometers. There are 18 stations. The design and operation speed is 200 kilometers per hour. The peak period is 6 minutes. The transportation capacity can reach the minimum requirements of the subway. Construction started on May 10, 2009. . After the completion of the urban rail, the driving time of the two cities is expected to be compressed to 30 minutes. The construction of the Changping East to Xiaojinkou section of the Wanhui City Rail has been basically completed. It was opened on March 30, 2016, and the remaining sections are scheduled to open in 2017.
