Case introduction:
Designed by WORKac for the Shenzhen Metro, the architects have created a new, integrated model that promotes sustainable and diverse urban development models. This vertical design accommodates intensive urban interactions, including infrastructure, integrated use, and public spaces. It is located at the intersection of the main avenues and serves as an important transportation hub, underground subway, first-floor bus station, upper store, office and hotel. The designer called the building an exchange building because it interweaves the natural green space and ecosystem, structure, performance and new situation, new technology, while connecting the underground to the sky.
