Case introduction:
Shenzhen Venture Capital Building is located at Block 01-11, Reclamation Area 6, High-tech Zone, Nanshan District, Shenzhen. It covers an area of ​​5,150.01 square meters and has a floor area ratio of 15.64. It is a super high-rise building with three floors and four floors on the ground. The total height of the building is 186 meters. The design of the Venture Capital Building is an innovation in the design of structural systems and architectural functional spaces. The structural system adopted in this project is the outer cross frame cylinder-inner shear wall core tube reinforced concrete structure, which is a structural system similar to the tube middle tube. The core tube also plays the vertical while including the vertical traffic and equipment shaft. The role of the straight weight bearing; the surface of the net structure is a rigid structure, prefabricated by the formwork and assembled on site, it is formed by a series of X-shaped modules arranged in a regular arrangement, providing lateral stability and skin The supporting effect also directly forms the prismatic grid facade of the building. Due to the unique structural system, the venture capital building has completely unstructured components between the core tube and the skin. This makes the layout and arrangement of the office space highly flexible and more suitable for modern society. The openness of space requires a certain amount of space for more creativity. In addition, the sky garden and the refuge layer are connected by greening, forming a rotating rhythm on the façade, which not only visualizes the beautification effect, but also conforms to the sustainable development strategy of creating an ecological building.
